Patrik Schick is a 21-year-old forward who plays for Sampdoria of Italy and the Czech Republic national team. Sampdoria head coach Marco Giampaolo when asked why Schick rarely starts despite scoring: "I keep him on the bench because otherwise they'll sell him! Also, considering his left foot is his dominant, it is no surprise Schick always attempts to get the ball on that side. Areas to improve:Despite making 21 league appearances this season, Schick has played a full 90 minutes on just three occasions. Though head coach Giampaolo claims he keeps Schick on the bench 'otherwise they'll sell him', it seems the youngster cannot yet be trusted to lead the line on a full-time basis.
