Domenico Berardi is rumoured to be close to an exit from Sassuolo (Picture: Getty)Inter Milan have been in talks with Sassuolo for weeks over the potential transfer of attacker Domenico Berardi, according to reports in Italy. Juventus have an agreement in place to buy Berardi should they wish to and it has been suggested they blocked his move to Inter before. Sassuolo have given Inter the green light to pursue Berardi who they value at around £35 million (€40 million). Berardi's current deal runs until 2019 with the youngster thought to be keen on a move to Inter. Liverpool will need to bolster their attacking options in the summer with Daniel Sturridge expected to leave, but Calciomercato claim Inter have been negotiating with Sassuolo for several weeks.
A knee problem has restricted him to just 11 top-flight appearances for the Italian outfit. However, according to Calciomercato, Chelsea are still keen to take the winger to Stamford Bridge. Berardi, 22, has endured an injury-plagued campaign for Sassuolo so far this season.
